Job summary

ACR Recruitment and Training Ltd is seeking Early Years Nursery Practitioners for flexible and permanent roles across nurseries in Oldbury and surrounding areas. You will deliver high-quality care to children aged 0-5, ensuring safety and inclusivity while adhering to safeguarding policies.

The opportunity offers flexible bank work with options for full-time or part-time bookings. Ideal candidates have Level 2 or higher in Early Years/Childcare, UK-recognised qualifications such as

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2+ childcare/early years qualification (UK recognised).
• DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one is required.
• At least 4 months of full-time UK nursery/early years experience with references.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care and learning for children aged 0-5 within EYFS framework.
• Create safe, stimulating and inclusive environments.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies.

We're Hiring Early Years Nursery Practitioners - Oldbury

At ACR, we're currently looking forqualified early years practitioners to join our team for flexible & permanent work across a variety of nurseries. Whether you're looking for a few extra days each week, flexible work around family commitments, or your next permanent role, we have opportunities to suit you.

Role Details

• Location:Oldbury and surrounding areas
• Flexible Hours:Full days (minimum 8 hours)
• Working Days:Between Monday - Friday
• Pay:Up to£582.80 per week(including holiday pay). This is based on a 40-hour week.
• Work Type:Flexible bank work (block bookings, full-time, or part-time)

What We're Looking For:

• Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised)

• Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one) is required
