Job summary

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd is seeking qualified Level 2 Nursery Practitioners to support nurseries across Witney and surrounding areas. Roles offer flexible hours from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with opportunities for full-time or part-time work.

Successful candidates will deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0–5, follow EYFS, and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment. Prior UK nursery experience and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (UK recognised) - Essential
• Previous experience working within a UK nursery or Early Years setting
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Passionate about providing outstanding childcare
• Reliable, enthusiastic and professional approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to)

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework

• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

Location: Witney, Brize Norton, Carterton, Bampton and surrounding areas

Contract: Flexible | Full‑Time & Part‑Time Opportunities Available

Hours: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

Salary: Up to £16.25 per hour (including holiday pay)
