Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Abington Park, Northampton, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Nursery Practitioner with Level 2 or above in Early Years to join our team. You’ll be working to care for, support, share stories, and have fun to meet the needs of our children.

Working Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• Between 0800-1800 hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote high standards of quality in environment, resources, and experiences for children.
• Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
• Provide rich and stimulating experiences suitable for children’s ages and development stages.
• Prepare and support children’s activities.
• Maintain effective day-to-day management of the environment in the absence of the Team/Room Leader.
• Ensure practice and provision meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Support and mentor students and unqualified staff to deliver high-quality childcare practice.
