Job Opportunity: Nursery Practitioner at Rushcliffe Day Nursery

Our Rushcliffe Day Nursery; Ryan House, located in West Bridgford and part of Grandir UK, is seeking a Nursery Practitioner with Level 2 or above in Early Years to join our dedicated team. Your role will involve caring for children, supporting their development, sharing stories, and creating a fun learning environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of quality regarding environment, resources, and experiences for children
• Serve as a key carer for designated children
• Provide rich, stimulating experiences suitable for children's ages and stages
• Support and prepare children's activities
• Manage daily nursery operations effectively in the absence of the Team/Room Leader
• Ensure compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Support and mentor students and unqualified staff to uphold high childcare standards
