Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a vibrant early years team in London. You will help deliver a bespoke curriculum, support children's exploration, and promote independence in a warm, home-from-home setting.

The role requires safeguarding awareness, DBS checks, and strong teamwork. You will collaborate with parents and colleagues to provide high-quality care, observe children, and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Qualifikationen

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• A proactive and flexible approach to meeting the needs of young children.
• Knowledge of relevant childcare regulations, including safeguarding and health and safety practices.
