Flow Recruitment Ltd is seeking a qualified Nursery Practitioner for a rewarding role in a supportive, child-focused setting in the United Kingdom. You will provide high-quality day care, create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment, and help preschool children learn and thrive.

The ideal candidate holds an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent, is passionate about young children, and works well in a warm team.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play an important role in providing high-quality day care and creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for pre-school children.

You’ll help ensure every child has the opportunity to learn, develop and reach their full potential, while making sure their individual needs are met and all legal and safety requirements are followed.

About You

• A fully qualified Nursery Practitioner, ideally holding an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
• Passionate about working with young children and supporting their development.
• Caring, enthusiastic and committed to providing outstanding standards of care.
• Able to create a positive, inclusive and stimulating environment for children.
