Job summary

Bright Horizons in Woodford Green, London is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, deliver, and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each key child to support development.

You will create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves, explores ideas, and fosters a lifelong love of learning.

The role requires solid EYFS knowledge, a Level 3+ qualification, safeguarding awareness, and a warm partnership with families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers.

Job description

Requirements
