As a Nursery Practitioner, you will support the delivery of outstanding childcare and early education in a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment.

This permanent role can be full-time or part-time, offering benefits and a salary range of £25,000 - £27,000.

Responsibilities
  • Support the daily organisation of childcare rooms, ensuring policies, procedures, and statutory requirements are upheld.
  • Deliver engaging and educational activities that support children’s development in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Create a secure, welcoming, and stimulating setting where children can learn and thrive.
  • Maintain high standards of care and work in partnership with parents and carers.
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Educator, or Nursery Assistant.
  • Experience in an early years or nursery setting.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework, Ofsted standards, and best practices in early years.
  • Confidence in working with parents and external agencies.
  • Right to work in the UK.
