Job summary

Willing care is hiring for an Early Years role in the United Kingdom. You will deliver EYFS-aligned care and education, supporting children through play-based learning and outdoor activities, and building strong relationships with families and staff.

The role emphasizes safeguarding, observation of progress, and a nurturing environment. Experience in early years and a passion for outdoor learning are valued.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Experience in an early years setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
• Enthusiasm for outdoor learning and child-led play.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, positive and enthusiastic approach with children.
