The successful candidate will support the Room Lead with daily classroom operations, help children settle, and promote a safe, nurturing environment aligned with the EYFS framework.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in Childcare/Early Years.
• Experience in an EYFS setting.
• Good safeguarding and wellbeing knowledge.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both adults and children.
• Flexible and reliable with good timekeeping.
• Degree or equivalent would be desirable.

Responsibilities
