Job summary

Pippa's House Day Nursery in Esher is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our welcoming team at Sandown Park. You will support daily supervision, promote high standards and help implement EYFS practices on site.

Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
• Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
• Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
• Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
• Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
• Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
• Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers

Our flourishing day nursery is set within the beautiful grounds of Sandown Park Racecourse, conveniently located for families in Esher, Cobham, Hinchley Wood and the surrounding Surrey area. What will you be doing
