What You'll Be Doing:
* Providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
* Planning, delivering, and evaluating stimulating activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Acting as a key worker, observing and recording children's progress
* Supporting individual needs, including children with SEND
* Building positive relationships with parents and carers
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment
* Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times
What We're Looking For:
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
* Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and child development
* A warm, caring, and enthusiastic attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
* Commitment to ongoing professional development
