Our Busy Bees in Evesham is looking for a passionate and hardworking individual who can bring fresh and new ideas as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. Our rooms are bright and open, with free-flow access to the outdoors. Our long-standing staff team cannot wait to welcome a new Nursery Practitioner to the team.

What to expect as a Nursery Practitioner

• As a keyworker, you will ensure every child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps.
• Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
• And most of all… have FUN!

*To apply for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse*
