About Our Nursery

Busy Bees Cheltenham Wellington Road, rated Good by Ofsted, is housed in a beautiful Georgian building with three floors and tall ceilings, accommodating up to 90 children. The nursery is surrounded by scenic walks around Pittville Parks and Lakes, providing outdoor exploration opportunities. We often participate in local events, such as the paint festival and Christmas celebrations, and visit the nearby library for extracurricular activities. Role Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.

Required Qualifications:

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – recognizing each child's uniqueness.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
