Willingcare in the United Kingdom is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team and lead a dedicated key group. You will deliver engaging EYFS activities, monitor progress with observations, and work closely with parents to share daily feedback.

You’ll have a full Level 3 Early Years qualification, solid nursery experience, and a confident, independent approach to safeguarding and room planning.

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Up to £28,000

Days here are busy, hands-on and varied - from messy play and small-group activities to outdoor adventures in the garden. This Nursery Practitioner Level 3 role offers the chance to work closely with your own key group, build strong parent relationships, and play a meaningful part in preparing children for school and beyond. Work in a setting where energy, creativity and teamwork matter.
