Hours: Full time 40 hours

Salary: From £12.65 - £13.05 an hour, dependent on experience and qualifications

About you

You are a Level 3 or above qualified Early Years Educator / Practitioner / Nursery Nurse or similar, who enjoys supporting and encouraging the natural curiosity and excitement of young children. You are passionate about teaching and shaping the future of our younger generations.

You possess a natural, nurturing, open, warm, and positive outlook, and you care about learning and education standards in the UK.

What you'll be doing

You will start most days with a well-planned activity, but flexibility and adaptability are essential, as plans may change. Creativity is key—you'll engage children through arts and crafts, storytelling, exercise, and educational games. While working within the EYFS standards, you are encouraged to bring your creative flair and enthusiasm for learning to your role.

What you'll need

• A full and relevant Level 3 or above qualification within early years. We may consider unqualified educators if they demonstrate the necessary qualities, values, and enthusiasm.
• Experience as an Early Years Educator or working with children under 5 is advantageous.
• Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS is desirable.
• Alignment with the Storal values of responsibility, openness, and teamwork.
