Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust's Perinatal Mental Health Service Team – Mother and Baby Unit in Winchester is inviting applications for a motivated Nursery Nurse to join the team, delivering compassionate care to mothers with their babies.

The role is based in a 24/7 specialist care setting, where the baby’s voice remains central and the MDT supports your growth and development through training and supervision.

Job description

Our Perinatal Mental Health Service Team -- Mother and Baby Unit currently has an exciting opportunity to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to join the team.

Our Mother and Baby Unit provide 24/7 specialist care and treatment for mothers with their babies when they are suffering with mental illness.

On the Mother and Baby Unit you will be joining an extremely supportive, nurturing, and motivated team. We are consistently striving to improve our service and provide the best possible care for the mothers and babies we support and their wider families. We value every member of our team, our childcare practitioners are a vital part of our MDT and ensure the voice of the baby remains central to all decision making, your input and contribution will be listened to and valued.
