Staff Match is recruiting for a Nursery Manager based in Leicester. The role requires a minimum of 2 years management experience and a strong passion for early years. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure policy compliance, and work closely with parents to build relationships and support events.

Key duties include marketing, occupancy management, invoicing, HR, and finance tasks, with focus on embedding the EYFS curriculum and preparing for Ofsted inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Passion for early years.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable.
• Paediatric First Aid is desirable.
