Job summary

Blenheim Schools in Northampton is seeking a passionate Nursery Manager to lead our thriving early years provision. You will steer high-quality care and education, shaping the start of children's educational journeys and supporting families.

You will manage a dedicated EY team, oversee daily operations, ensure EYFS compliance, safeguarding, and staff development, and inspire excellence across the setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification required.
• Significant experience in an Early Years setting.
• Leadership or management experience within a nursery environment.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and develop others.
• Child-centred approach and commitment to exceptional care and learning.
• Level 5 or 6 EYFS and DSL qualification desired.
• Paediatric First Aid certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop an Early Years team.
• Manage day-to-day nursery operations, staffing, rotas and occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding and regulatory requirements.
