Kindred Groby is seeking an inspiring Nursery Manager to provide leadership across the nursery, creating a positive culture where children flourish and families feel valued. You will drive outstanding care, education and commercial performance while developing your team to reach their full potential.

You will lead, coach and develop the leadership team, ensure EYFS/Ofsted standards are met, and manage budgets, occupancy and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and managing an Early Years team.
• Full Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness with ability to manage budgets and performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the nursery leadership team.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
• Drive high standards of EYFS education in line with Ofsted requirements.
• Build a high-performing team through coaching and recruitment.
• Oversee day-to-day operation, compliance with legislation and Kindred policies.
• Manage occupancy, budgets, KPIs and commercial performance.
• Build relationships with children, families, colleagues and the community.
• Conduct tours, promoting Kindred as the nursery of choice in the local area.
• Lead safeguarding, health and safety and quality assurance.
• Prepare the nursery for audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support wider business projects across the Kindred network.
• Demonstrate Kindred values in everything you do.
