Castle Court is seeking an inspirational Nursery Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our Nursery and guide the Nursery Team through future developments.

The successful candidate will be qualified to work in Early Years at Level 3 or above and have proven supervisory experience. The role starts January 2027, is permanent, and runs 8:00–16:30 during term-time, with potential to become year-round from September 2027. Castle Court offers a supportive community in rural Dorset.
