Job summary

Tiny Tots Recruitment is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead an early years setting near Garstang, Lancashire. You will oversee the daily running of the nursery and support the staff team to deliver high-quality care and education.

This role suits an experienced Nursery Manager or a confident Deputy Manager ready to progress. You’ll manage EYFS delivery, safeguarding, health and safety, and maintain nursery records while building positive relationships with parents.

Qualifications

• Full Level 3+ Early Years qualification.
• Experience as Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding.
• Leadership and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery.
• Support and develop the team through supervision, guidance and training.
• Oversee the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Maintain effective safeguarding, health and safety practices.
• Manage staffing arrangements and maintain accurate nursery records.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
• Monitor the quality of provision and drive improvements.
