Job summary

Kids Planet Lytham Lodge invites applications for a Nursery Manager to lead daily operations, deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements. You will mentor staff and build strong relationships with families and external agencies.

The role requires senior leadership within a nursery setting, a UK Level 3 early years qualification, and a solid safeguarding track record. Excellent knowledge of EYFS and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 early years qualification in the UK.
• Excellent knowledge of EYFS.
• Proven safeguarding expertise and compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursery operations and ensure high-quality care and education.
• Lead, coach, and develop nursery staff to deliver standards.
• Maintain strong partnerships with families and external agencies including Ofsted readiness.
