Job summary

Kids Planet Adswood is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead daily operations, ensure EYFS compliance, and drive staff development. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care, fostering a collaborative environment, and building strong relationships with families and external partners.

The successful candidate will bring senior leadership experience within a nursery, a Level 3 early years qualification, and a solid safeguarding background within a busy setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold UK Level 3 early years qualification or equivalent.
• Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Extensive safeguarding knowledge.
• Senior leadership experience within a nursery setting.
• GCSE Maths (or equivalent) to be obtained within 2 years of starting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursery operations and ensure delivery of high-quality care and education.
• Lead, mentor and develop the nursery team to maintain a professional culture and high performance.
• Foster strong relationships with families and external agencies, ensuring readiness for Ofsted inspections.
