Job summary

Remedy Education is recruiting a Nursery Manager for a Colchester setting. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive high standards of care and education, and ensure safeguarding is embedded across the nursery.

The role requires experience in a Nursery Manager or senior leadership capacity within an Early Years environment, with strong EYFS knowledge and a passion for children’s development. Colchester location, permanent and full-time.

Qualifications

• Previous Nursery Manager or Senior Leadership experience in an Early Years setting.
• Level 3+ Early Years qualification (Level 5/6 desirable).
• Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.

• Oversee the daily operations and smooth running of the nursery.
• Lead, motivate and support a team of Early Years practitioners.
