Clarence House Day Nurseries Ltd is seeking a skilled Nursery Manager for our Spalding team. You will lead a small staff, maintain high care and education standards, and ensure compliance across the setting.

Working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, year round, the salary starts from £36,000 depending on experience. You will be supported by an Operations Manager and central admin team in a warm, family‑friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification held for at least 3 years.
• Experience as Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager.
• Minimum of 4 years of nursery experience.
• Strong organisational, delegation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the staff team, including recruitment and training.
• Ensure high standards of care, education and compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and policies.
• Manage budgets and occupancy levels.
• Maintain parent liaison programme and family relationships.
