Clarence House Day Nurseries Ltd in Spalding is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead a small team at a brand-new setting opening January 2027. You will shape the service from day one, ensure high standards of care and education, and work closely with our Operations Manager and central admin team.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with pay from £36,000 depending on experience. You will require a Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification, several years in nursery

Qualifications

• Level 3+ Early Years qualification held for at least 3 years.
• Experience as Nursery/Deputy Manager ready to step up.
• Minimum of 4 years of occupational nursery experience.
• Proactive attitude with strong organisation and delegation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the staff team, including recruitment and training.
• Ensure policies, curricula and high standards of care are followed.
• Manage budgets and occupancy levels.
• Build relationships with parents through a liaison programme.
