Job summary

Clarence House Sleaford is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead a small team and ensure high standards of care, education and compliance in a homely setting.

You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary from £36,000 depending on experience, supported by a strong operations and central admin team.

A Level 3 Early Years qualification and several years in nursery management are required, with a passion for delivering exceptional childcare.

Qualifications

• A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification, held for at least 3 years
• Previous experience in a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager role, ready to take the next step
• Minimum of 4 years of occupational experience in a nursery setting
• A proactive, can-do attitude with strong organisational and delegation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional childcare

What are we looking for

We’re looking for a highly skilled Nursery Manager to lead our Spalding team. You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager and central admin team, who provide day-to-day support so you can focus on your setting and your staff.

As Nursery Manager, you’ll provide professional leadership to a small team, manage the day-to-day running of the nursery, and ensure the highest standards of care, education and compliance — in a setting small enough that you’ll know every family personally.

You will be working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, all year round, and your rate of pay will be from £36,000, depending on experience.

You need:
