Job summary

Partou Leaps & Bounds Day Nursery in Brislington, Bristol, is seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead the setting on a full-time basis. You will ensure smooth operation, deliver stimulating EYFS activities, and build strong partnerships with families while guiding your team to high standards.

You will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification with strong EYFS knowledge, safeguarding commitment, and a passion for early childhood education.

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.

Salary £43,000

About The Role

Partou Leaps & Bounds is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth running of the setting. You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
