Job summary

Olympus Recruitment is helping a welcoming nursery in Bristol recruit a Nursery Manager who can lead with heart and professional standards. You’ll inspire a happy, high-performing team and ensure outstanding care and education.

With a Level 3 in Childcare/EYFS knowledge, you’ll drive compliance with safeguarding and Ofsted, nurture strong relationships with families, and create an environment where children love to learn.

Qualifications

  • A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Childcare/Early Years.
  • Previous management or strong leadership experience in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Great knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
  • A confident leader who is organised, proactive, and always puts children first.
