Job summary

First Steps is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead our nursery with passion, purpose and commitment to excellence. You will drive safeguarding, educational quality and staff development, guiding the team to deliver exceptional care and a RECIPE-based curriculum that nurtures curiosity and resilience.

You will shape day-to-day operations and lead a high-performing team, ensuring strong partnerships with families and the senior leadership group while upholding our values of kindness,

Qualifications

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is required.
• Proven leadership experience in an early years setting.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and quality improvement.
