First Steps is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead our nursery with passion and a commitment to excellence. You will drive high standards of teaching, safeguarding and overall nursery performance, shaping a team through strong leadership and ongoing professional development.

The role focuses on delivering the RECIPE curriculum and values-led care, ensuring every child receives exceptional early years education and support.

• Leadership experience within an early years setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and quality improvement.
