Job summary

Busy Bees Rugby is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead our Ofsted Outstanding nursery in Rugby. You will inspire the team, ensure high-quality EYFS practice, and drive continuous improvement.

The role includes budgeting, stakeholder relationships, and delivering exceptional early years education. The successful candidate will have Level 3 childcare qualification and prior nursery leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ).
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding early years education.
