Job summary

Busy Bees Bedford Great Denham is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead a dedicated team and deliver high-quality early years education. The role requires a Level 3 childcare qualification, and prior leadership experience in EYFS settings.

You will oversee operations, development and engagement with families to provide outstanding care. The successful candidate will manage budgets, drive quality improvements and ensure compliance, while supporting staff development and wellbeing within Busy Bees'

Qualifications

• Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent.
• Two years of leadership in early years settings.
• Experience as Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and passion for high-quality childcare.

Qualifications and Experience

• NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
