Busy Bees Nottingham Daybrook is seeking a passionate Nursery Manager to lead our Good-rated nursery and nurture children's learning through EYFS.

With a Level 3 childcare qualification and at least two years in a leadership role, you will drive high standards, manage your team and engage families. The role offers up to £40,000 plus a 25% bonus and a 4-day week option, plus extensive staff benefits.

About our Nursery

Busy Bees Nottingham Daybrook is an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 123, providing an exciting opportunity for staff to join a nurturing and stimulating environment. Our nursery features a wide range of age-appropriate facilities that encourage children to develop at their own pace and engage with peers in similar developmental stages. With large separate garden areas, children can extend their learning outdoors, exploring their imagination and independence while enjoying the fresh air.Located just off the A60 on Sir John Robinson Way, our nursery is just a 20-minute drive from Nottingham City Centre and close to the M1 at Junction 26, making it easily accessible for commuting staff. About you

• We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
• You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
• You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

• NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
