In our co-located nursery in the grounds of a residential care home, we provide high-quality education in a safer learning environment and create meaningful connections between children and elderly residents. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide strategic leadership for our innovative nursery

Lead a dedicated team delivering exceptional early years education

Drive and develop our award-winning intergenerational curriculum and practices

Oversee daily operations, safeguarding, business and financial management, and all systems.

Participate in our intergenerational* training program *(no prior experience needed!)

Maintain our outstanding reputation and foster growth.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification

5+ years of leadership experience in early years

Strong safeguarding knowledge and experience

Excellent people management skills
