Job summary

Shiraka is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager for a large 100+ place nursery in Forest Gate, London. It is a full-time, year-round role at 40 hours per week with a competitive salary and the chance to join a leading preschool provider.

You will lead EYFS delivery, support staff, ensure Ofsted compliance, safeguard children, and foster strong parent partnerships, with funded CPD and promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills.
• Proven record of management/leadership experience.
• Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong people skills with the ability to listen, support and guide colleagues.

Responsibilities

We are currently working with a great Nursery inForest Gate,to recruit an experienced manager for a large 100+ place nursery. As well as a very competitive salary, this is a great opportunity to join a Nursery that isone of the leading providers of high-quality, pre-school education.

This is a full time position working all year round and 40 hours a week.

If you have experience of managing a Nursery Setting or working as a deputy manager and looking to step into a manager position, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Nursery Manager Duties:

• Delivering outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS


• Guiding team members on effective parent communication and parental partnerships


• Ensuring all aspects of the nursery operation is compliant with Ofsted and Human Resources


• Ensuring that each child’s wellbeing is met and that they thrive in a safe environment


• Safeguarding all children in you care
