Job summary

Busy Bees Worplesdon is seeking an amazing Nursery Manager to ignite fun and learning for our children. You will bring your Level 3 childcare qualification and two years of leadership in early years settings, alongside your EYFS expertise, to lead a vibrant team in a thriving nursery.

With a salary up to £50,000 per annum DOE and flexible 32-40 hour options over 4 days, this role offers rewarding progression and a strong focus on delivering outstanding childcare and education.

Qualifications

• Level 3 childcare qualification is required.

About You

• We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
• You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
• You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
