Job summary

Busy Bees is opening a brand-new 81-place nursery in Shoeburyness this Winter, and we are seeking a visionary Nursery Manager to set the tone and establish excellence from day one. Lead, inspire, and develop educators to deliver exceptional early years education and nurturing experiences for children.

You will shape the nursery culture, build a passionate team, and implement innovative approaches that make the setting a beacon of excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager role.
• Strong commitment to excellence in early years education.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with staff and families.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and business acumen.
• Experience implementing quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
