Busy Bees Nurseries is opening a brand-new 81-place nursery in Shoeburyness this Winter. We are seeking a visionary Nursery Manager to set the tone, establish excellence from day one, and give children the best start in life.

You will shape culture, build a passionate team, and create engaging learning experiences while driving innovation and ensuring regulatory standards are met. This is a chance to lead a forward-thinking nursery and create a lasting legacy.

Qualifications

• Recognised Early Years Qualification (e.g., NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3).
• Proven experience in Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and support a team.
• Commitment to high-quality early education and engaging learning experiences.
