Great Starts Recruitment Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in Brentwood, Essex, for a Nursery Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and uphold the highest standards of care and education.

The role requires strong leadership, EYFS and safeguarding knowledge, and experience in managing occupancy and staff. Salary up to £42,000, 40 hours per week across 5 days, plus 24 days annual leave and 8 bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Previous Nursery Manager experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• Experience working towards occupancy and quality targets.
• Passion for delivering outstanding childcare and education.

• Leading, motivating, and developing a dedicated childcare team
• Maintaining compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, Outstanding-rated nursery in Brentwood that is passionate about providing the highest standard of childcare and early years education. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager or ambitious Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career.

The nursery provides care for children aged 3 months to 5 years and prides itself on creating a safe, caring, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

The Role

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, safeguarding, and compliance are consistently maintained.
