Job summary

Salary in the range of £35,000–£40,000 with a 40-hour week spread over five days. OFSTED rating is Good; the post requires strong leadership and commitment to best practices in early years care.

Nursery Manager

£35,000 - £40,000

40 hours per week, spread over 5 days

You will be leading an established nursery and preschool rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, providing care and early education for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Based in a spacious converted house, the setting has a homely baby and toddler room alongside a dedicated preschool space, with a purpose-built sensory outdoor area supporting learning through play.

As Nursery Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall running of the setting, leading the team and maintaining high standards of care, education and safeguarding. The role would suit an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step into nursery management or an established Nursery Manager.
