Our client, a Good Ofsted-rated, purpose-built nursery, is looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to take responsibility for the continued success of the setting.

The nursery has a warm, homely atmosphere with bright rooms and free-flow access to the garden, supporting children to learn, play and explore every day. We are seeking a leader who can balance high standards of quality, people management and day-to-day operations, keeping children's experiences at the heart of every decision.

Qualifications

• Experienced Nursery Manager preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Knowledge of Ofsted frameworks beneficial.

Nursery Manager

£45,000 per year | Full Time | Good Ofsted

Our client, a Good Ofsted-rated, purpose-built nursery, is looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to take responsibility for the continued success of the setting.

The nursery has a wonderfully warm and homely atmosphere. Bright, well-resourced rooms provide stimulating spaces for children to learn and play, with free-flow access to the garden throughout the day.

Outside, children have plenty to discover. From a woodland area and large sandpit to a vegetable patch, the garden provides endless opportunities for imaginative play, physical development, nature-based learning and hands-on exploration.

We're looking for an established Nursery Manager who can balance quality, people and operational leadership, while keeping children's experiences at the centre of every decision.
