Nursery Manager in the UK seeks an experienced leader to oversee a Good Ofsted nursery caring for children aged 2–5 in a welcoming community setting. You will drive high standards of care, learning and safeguarding within the nursery.
The role splits between practice and leadership: three days with the children and two days on management and administration, with a 36-hour week during term time. The setting has up to 45 places and a spacious outdoor area, emphasising collaboration with families
£27,000 per annum

You will be managing a well-established nursery rated Good by Ofsted, providing care and early education for children aged 2–5 years in a welcoming community setting. The nursery has up to 45 places, with children learning together in one large room and benefiting from a spacious outdoor area. The setting has a strong community focus, with an emphasis on supporting children and families and working closely with other professionals. As Nursery Manager, you will spend three days working alongside the children and two days focused on management and administration, giving you a balanced role across practice and leadership.
