The Role

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, safeguarding, and compliance are consistently achieved.

You will lead, motivate, and develop your team, build strong partnerships with families, and create a positive culture where both children and staff feel valued and supported.
