Job summary

Tinies in Maidenhead is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for our BRAND NEW nursery and preschool, with hours 7:45am–6pm, Monday to Friday. You’ll help create an imaginative, child-led learning environment and lead a small team to deliver high-quality care.

We offer paid training days each term, uniform provided, a 50% childcare discount after funding, and a guaranteed week off at Christmas plus one week in August, taken from annual leave, with a full one-hour unpaid lunch break each day.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have experience in an early years or nursery setting.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for child development.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain) for safeguarding children.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will deliver high-quality early years care and education, creating a safe, stimulating and organised environment for children to thrive. You will lead and inspire a team of practitioners, ensure best practice and safeguarding standards are maintained, and contribute to providing an outstanding experience for both children and families.

About You

• Recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
• Previous experience within an early year or nursery setting
• Caring, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children's development
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• A clear and up-to-date Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one
