About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a respected nursery provider seeking a Nursery Manager for their well-established setting in Brislington, Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and qualified early years professional (Level 3 or above) to lead a vibrant, supportive team in delivering high-quality childcare and education.
As Nursery Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, stimulating and enriching environment for children, while managing all aspects of nursery operations – from compliance and staffing to occupancy and parent engagement.

Requirements:
Level 3 qualification or higher in Early Years
Previous experience in a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager role
Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted regulations, and safeguarding procedures
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
Excellent communication and administrative abilities
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding early years education
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day leadership and management of the nursery
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of all ages
Oversee staffing, training, performance reviews, and team development
Manage nursery budgets, inventories, and administrative duties
Maintain full compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements
Drive occupancy through quality care, parent relationships, and local engagement
Act as the main point of contact for Ofsted inspections and implement recommendations
Foster strong, professional relationships with parents and carers
