This Montessori setting in Bristol is a well-established and high-achieving nursery. They are seeking a nursery manager to take over operations from the owner, who is stepping back.

The setting has 40 places. The role involves the overall operation of the nursery, so the owner is looking for someone with previous experience. Montessori experience and qualifications are advantageous but not essential. They can also offer to put the candidate through Montessori training.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, updating policies and procedures, managing occupancy, overseeing visits, arranging building maintenance, purchasing resources, running inset days, staff development and training, managing rotas and staff hours, recording absences, acting as DSL, strategic planning, monitoring, evaluating, developing the school, and staff recruitment.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Start: ASAP

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 gross per annum
