About Early Years Ltd. is looking for a passionate Nursery Manager in Poulton-le-Fylde. In this full-time permanent role, you will oversee daily nursery operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with Ofsted standards.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of child development, EYFS, and Ofsted requirements.
• Proven ability to motivate, lead, and develop diverse staff.
• Highly organised in managing schedules, rotas, and daily occupancy.
• Paediatric First Aid certified with crisis-management skills.
• Strong communication skills for sensitive conversations.
• Basic understanding of budgeting and nursery resource management.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in leadership.
• Must be DSL qualified and hold current Paediatric First Aid certificate.

Responsibilities
