Qualifications

Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
  • At least 3 years' experience working in a Day Nursery
  • At least 2 years' experience leading and supporting teams
  • Ability to inspire, energise, and support others
  • Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
  • Good understanding of Ofsted standards and requirements
